Cancellation Policy ~ Can I Cancel My Order?

We know how important your order is and aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy:

Your happiness is important and we want you to love your purchase!  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email customer service at bellalillyboutique@gmail.com to start the return process. Please include your full name as it appears on your account, order number and item(s) that you need to return. We will reply within 48 hours to let you know if your item(s) are eligible (please read the rest of the policy before emailing).

If your items are eligible, please return within 10 days for a full store credit, minus shipping.

Returned items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of pet hair, smoke, odors and stains.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied via a Gift Certificate.

We do not offer refunds.

Returns must be sent back via mail only and must be postmarked by 10 days of the delivery date.

Your return must have tracking. We are not responsible for your package if it isn’t delivered to us (this is why we require tracking).

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 - 7 business days to process your return for store credit.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes personalized items, printed tee shirts, mystery bag items, bundles, discounted items 20% or more, undergarments (bralettes, hair accessories, swim suits), or skincare products.

Returns received after 10 days will not be honored- these items will be donated to a local charity and your account will not be credited.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email bellalillyboutique@gmail.com for assistance before returning. ***Please note all items are personally inspected before shipping.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order and return your items, you will be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments, as SEZZLE is only a service we provide to you as a courtesy. SEZZLE is an entirely separate company that you entered into an agreement.
